Nowadays, there are many kinds of diseases that are caused by people’s bad habits. The first bad habit is drinking alcohol. Of course some people who drink realized about the danger of the alcohol for their body, but they don’t have enough power to avoid it. This will cause addictions that will lead them to their illness.
Second habit that is not good is smoking. Many research state that smoking black & mild may cause trouble for our health, especially in the respiratory system. The nicotine that it has made the griffin cigars is dangerous for our healthy. Although it doesn’t attack quickly, but it has long term impact so that it will reduce our age as medical research says about this.
By knowing some bad habits that may endanger our health, we may start to choose a healthy life habits. The first is avoiding all kinds of bad habits including smoke black and milds. Some of them are those who have already discussed previously. By avoiding them, our hope of life is getting longer than them who are still doing those bad habits. The second is exercising. This includes gymnastic practice, swimming, jogging, and many more. By doing this, our body will have the endurance to beat the virus and illness so that we will be healthier if we do sports.
The third is visiting the doctor frequently. This will control your health to know whether you are having healthy life or nor, whether you are having trouble with your health or not, and etc. this especially for the psychological aspect control. If sports are more emphasizing on your physical bodies, getting psychological consultation may give you mind healthy. You may consult the doctors about your psychological condition so that you may find some suggestions from the doctor. Let’s start our healthy life.
